Do you ship to Australia?
Yep! We’re based in NSW ourselves, and can post all throughout the country. Not only that, but Standard national shipping (to most Aussie addresses) is absolutely FREE!
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes sir (or m’am) – we would never deprive other countries of such tasty treats. We send almost everywhere overseas!
Can I choose a day and time for my delivery to arrive?
Unfortunately not, but you can be sure that the exciting “Your delivery from Snack Box Hampers is coming today” email will be sitting at the top of your inbox on the day it does come!
How much does delivery cost?
Standard national post (to most Aussie addresses) is absolutely FREE!
Express national post is also FREE to many NSW and VIC addresses, and begins at $5.09 to others.
Overseas shipping starts from as little as $3.37.
Head to Checkout and input your full address to check how much shipping to your location costs.
Is postage tracked?
It sure is! All orders receive tracking data as soon as they leave our warehouse. You can use this to follow the full journey of your hamper all the way from our hands to your house.
I made a mistake during the order process..
Quick! Shoot us an email or FB Message, and we’ll do our best to rectify the problem for you before the goods are en route. Keep in mind that sometimes our packing team are just too fast, so there’s a chance we won’t get your message in time.
Can I make an order for a friend/family member?
Of course you can, silly. Just make sure their details are entered at Checkout, but we’d suggest that you enter your own phone number and email address for the sake of order updates.
Is there any chance I can include a personalised note or photo with my order?
Yas! During the Cart section there is an option to include either of these (or both). As for cost, unlike some other stores that charge upwards of $5 for these, it’s a completely free add-on!
I want to organise hampers for my whole office?
We LOVE corporate orders. Shoot us an email and we’ll make the process as easy as possible for you!
Can we customise a hamper?
We’re confident that our team (of creative geniuses) have crafted 100+ boxes that are as good as can be. If you’re making a big corporate order though, we can chat.
There was an issue with my order. What do I do?
Ok, we’ll admit that this isn’t a question that is frequently asked to us. Regardless, if anything is amiss when you open your hamper, please let our team know ASAP so we can fix it for you!
