How is our shipping so cheap you may ask? A combination of long term relationships with the shipping carriers, the high volumes we send out every week, and our team wanting to keep prices as low as possible for our fellow Aussies.
We offer 2 shipping options for orders within Australia:
- AusPost Standard from $0 (free in most of Australia, some rural/remote areas excluded)
- AusPost Express from $0 (free in some of NSW and Vic, starting from $5 elsewhere)
We offer 3 shipping options for orders outside Australia:
- AusPost INTL Standard from $3.99
- AusPost INTL Express from $18.99
- DHL INTL Priority from $25.99
Shipping Carriers
These options are sent with Australia Post or DHL (depending on option chosen), and as such once they pick up hampers from our warehouse we are entrusting them to complete the delivery.
Delays
Any unforeseen delays that occur following the “Order Complete” phase of your purchase are out of our hands, and we will be unable to provide any store credits or refunds as a result of late deliveries. If you are purchasing for a deadline, we suggest reaching out prior to purchasing, and our team will advise suggested options.
Time Frames
Shipping times vary depending on destination and option chosen. You can find current estimated shipping times for a specific country by heading to Checkout and choosing this country under the dropdown menu.
Date/Time of delivery
These unfortunately cannot be pre-selected, however tracking data will generally stay up to date, and an email/text will be sent out on the morning of the package’s delivery date.
Failed Deliveries
In the event that no one is available to receive a parcel, it will generally be taken to the local Post Office for up to 7 days. Following this time it will be returned to us, at which point we can re-send with a new delivery fee payable.
Return To Sender
Packages may be returned to us if the address is deemed incorrect, if the parcel is refused by anyone at the residence, if the addressee is unknown at the residence, or if the package is kept at the local PO for over 7 days. Package’s returned for these reasons are non-refundable, however we can re-send after this time with a new delivery fee payable.
Changing Shipping Options
If you would like to swap to a different option, please contact our Customer Service team ASAP. If we still have your package in the warehouse, we will put it aside and manually amend the option. The order’s dispatch will then be placed on hold until the upgrade fee is covered.
